Slight redesign of home page

Finally did some home page changes that I'd been meaning to for a while. Got rid of the hard borders in the little sections, added in a javascript to pull in the latest post from my metadata and put it on the home page, adjusted the tag pages to pull in indieweb stuff but leave them off the main pagination, and did some tidying of css and js in general. Nice little bit of playing around.

Pondering adjusting the indiweb integration to use avatars rather than just count likes. Thoughts?
