Scribbly Gum park inspires Scribbly Gum cake
This weekend we went to a few local parks. A nice walk near a river. Today we went to a Scribbly Gum reserve. Lots of Scribbly gums, obviously, but we also made friends with a brave lizard. Inspired by the gums, I attempted to make a Scribbly Gum Cake. Haven’t eaten it yet but it looks amusing.
Update: It was delicious. Chocolate sponge layers w' buttercream icing and butterscotch syrup for the squiggles. Yum.
