Nearly there

I've nearly got this working.

I think.

The pages are paginating. The tags are working. I've started working on adding previous comments to the pages manually but linking a cloud commenting system in for future comments.

Todo

• Log each generation - test, tewst
• Send the outputs of logs to the author’s email
• Allow for query string parameters for regenerating
• Allow a complete rebuild function
